Steering an suspension centering and checking for loose bolts or any other things..... Paid $332 to center my steering rack and check all bolts. They told me: "Go do your professional alignment now, and if any problem, come back we will help you." The Heartbreak: I go to the tire place for the alignment. They are the ones who find the problem! They tell me my outer tie rods are swapped backward. Right is on left, left is on right, and will start rubbing eventually so I should make a plan to get it fixed. The Confusion: The mechanic held those exact parts in his hands to center my rack. Aren't they the same job? How do you miss that? The Word That Hurt Me this morning : I called this family business for the help they promised. She told me: "I will call you back with AN ESTIMATE." Wow. That word hurt my heart so bad. ESTIMATE for? I already paid you $332? I thought I payed u to check for problem and u didn't see problem? The Blame: They blamed the alignment shop for not fixing it. But the tire shop only does the alignment, they didn't do the repair. Then they wanted $400 more from me just to flip them.but I already payed them 332$. So its just kind like wow I cannot do that.. i tho

I had a great experience with Island Wide Towing. They responded faster than I expected and kept me updated on their arrival time. It's hard to fin a towing company you can trust, but Island Wide Towing definitely earned my confidence.

Excellent service from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair the same day. My vehicle drives great, and the pricing was fair with no surprises. I definitely recommend them for honest, quality work.
